At Foxford, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Foxford account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
